Online purchases are possible for guests as well as for registered users. The registration process is simple and you can do it quickly in just a few steps. Select the “Register a new user” option and enter the required information in the following fields: username or e-mail address and enter the password. Then select the LOG IN button.
If you are a registered user, in order to make a purchase, you need to log in by selecting the “Login” option and entering your email address and password.
Finding the desired product
You can find the desired product by searching through the main menu by selecting the brand, product category, as well as using the quick search field. When you find the product you want to order, click on its image to enter the detailed view page. By selecting the “ADD TO BASKET” option, you will add the product to your online cart. If you want to buy more products, repeat the procedure. If the product you have selected has more options, you need to select the desired option. When you have finished your purchase, click the “Payment” option.
Payment
You pay for the order upon delivery. Payment is only possible in cash.
Delivery
Delivery is free for all purchases higher than 3,000 dinars, while the cost of delivery for lower amounts is 280 dinars.
Delivery of the order is within two to five working days from the moment of ordering. All orders created on Fridays and weekends are processed on the first working day.
Product availability
The condition of the product in stock is regularly updated. However, if you order an item when it is out of stock, you will be notified in a timely manner.
